Visiting the cities

If you want to visit the capital of the region, then go to Oviedo. Oviedo will be there, waiting for you with a series of monuments dating back from pre-romanic times and with a remarkable Cathedral. You then have to visit Gijon, which is a historic city; it was founded by the Romans and it now is a city with a very active cultural life.
